Adult, Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Evaluation and Assessment.
Psychiatric Asessments entail evaluation of current symptoms including mood, anxiety, addictions, pathologic eating and conduct disorders. It includes evaluation of family structure, educational or occupational functioning, medical, family, and developmental histories. After formulating a diagnostic impression, recommendations are made that may include therapy, laboratory analysis, medications and/or social interventions.
Follow-up visits are an on going evaluation of medication efficacy, laboratory analysis, potential side effects, and changes in or development of new symptoms.
